These terms govern the use of the site and the purchase of trip plans. By saving or buying a plan you confirm that you have read and accept them.
2. What we offer
DayByDay Trips creates a personalised day-by-day trip plan based on your answers — city or cities, dates, pace, who you travel with and what you enjoy. The plan is digital content that you can view on the site, keep in your account, download and send to your email.
We are not a tour operator or travel agent. We do not sell trips, tickets, accommodation or transport, and we do not enter into contracts with third parties on your behalf.
3. Accuracy of information
We take care to keep information correct, but opening hours, prices, transport routes, events and holidays are set by third parties and can change without notice. Distances, times and budgets are estimates. Before you travel, check what matters on the official websites of the places you plan to visit.
4. Your account
An account is created when you save a plan with your email address. You are responsible for giving a correct email and keeping your password secret. Accounts are for people aged 18 or over. You can ask us to delete your account at any time at hello@daybydaytrips.com.
5. Preview, packages, price and payment
Before you pay, you can see the start of your plan as a preview — the first day (or the first days of a longer trip). The whole plan, the notices, the map, editing, downloads and sharing are unlocked after payment.
The price depends on the total number of days of the trip:
- Short trip — up to 3 days — €6.99
- One week — up to 7 days — €9.99
- Big trip — up to 14 days — €13.99
The price is for one plan (one trip, with one or more cities), it is a one-time payment — no subscription and no hidden fees — and it is shown clearly before payment. It is final. Payments are processed by Stripe, a secure payment platform; we never receive or store your card details. After a successful payment the plan is saved to your account immediately, even if you close the page before coming back to the site.
After payment you can edit the plan as much as you like: places, days, times, hotels and answers. The cities of the trip stay the ones you paid for. If you make the trip longer than your package covers, you pay only the difference to the bigger package.
Discount codes are applied before payment and lower the price shown. A code is valid only while it is active and cannot be exchanged for money.
6. Right of withdrawal
A plan is digital content delivered immediately after payment. Before paying, you expressly agree that delivery starts at once and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Art. 57(13) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act).
If your plan does not load or has a technical problem, write to hello@daybydaytrips.com — we will fix it, and if that is not possible, refund you.
7. Content rights
The texts, plans, design and logo of the site belong to us. You may use your plan for personal, non-commercial purposes and share it with the people you travel with. Copying the site's content in bulk, reselling it or extracting it automatically is not allowed. Photos from Wikimedia Commons are used under their licences, with their authors credited next to them.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or costs arising from changes made by third parties (closed venues, cancelled events, changed prices or timetables) or from decisions made solely on the basis of a plan. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Bulgarian and EU law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. A new version applies from the date it is published and does not affect plans already bought.
10. Governing law and disputes
Bulgarian law applies. If you have a complaint, please write to us first — we will try to sort it out quickly. You can also contact the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission (kzp.bg) and its conciliation committees for out-of-court dispute resolution. Unresolved disputes are settled by the competent Bulgarian court.
11. Contact
For questions about these terms write to hello@daybydaytrips.com or use the contact form.
